Q: What is the price range for a LeeKitson home?

A: We are currently building homes ranging in price from $140,000 to $700,000; however, we have built homes over the $1 million mark in the past. We build “starter” homes as well as larger custom homes and anything in between. Q: How long does it take to build a LeeKitson home?

A: We figure 4 to 5 months to build a standard home in one of our developments. For custom homes, the average is 6 to 7 months from the time excavating is started; however, it may take longer depending on the size and complexity of the home and the homesite.

Q: We've seen one of your homes that we like, but we want to make a few changes. Is this possible?

A: Absolutely! We feel a home is a place that you should be able to make your own and we realize that everyone has different wants and needs. Therefore, we will be more than happy to meet with you and make the changes you would like made to one of our plans, or help you create a home of your own design.

Q: Can we do some of the work ourselves to cut down on cost?

A: Yes. In the past we have had customers do their own painting and tile flooring, build their own decks, future finish in basements, etc., in order to reduce the cost of their new home. Our goal at LeeKitson Homes is to help you build the home of your dreams, within your budget.
