At LeeKitson Homes, our involvement with your new home doesn’t end when construction is complete. We follow up with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with your new home:

• Once construction is done, we conduct a new home orientation. Aaron or Alan will do a walkthrough with you to demonstrate your new home’s features and confirm that it meetsyour expectations
• 2 weeks after your move in date, we send our painter back through to touch up any scuffs or dings that may have occurred while you were moving into your new home.
  
• We provide you with 2 month and 6 month forms which we ask you to send to us denoting any items that need our attention
  
•  You will also receive a form for an 11 month review. At 11 months we ask that you call our office and we will set up a walkthrough with Alan Kitson, President of LeeKitson Homes. At your convenience he will tour your home with you and address any concerns that remain.
  
• We also provide one drywall repair within the first year after you move in—the timing is up to you but is often scheduled at the 11-month walkthrough.
