Design and specifications (in brief):
1. Design may start from an existing plan, a sketch, or just a discussion of your ideas. If we are considering a renovation we will probably start with an on-site review of your ideas and documentation of existing structure in areas that will be affected by new work.
2. From these initial discussions we will develop draft floor plans

3. Along with plan development we want to develop preliminary specifications. We wil diiscuss your ideas and use our specification checklist to do this.
4. From these discussions we will develop preliminary plans and specifications and a "ball park" price.
5. Review preliminary plans, specifications, and pricing. If these are suitable we will proceed with detailed plans and specifications, if not, we'll make necessary revisions. Once our floor plans, specifications and preliminary pricing meet your needs we will proceed to final drawings (including elevations), and final specifications.
6. Review final drawings and specifications. These approved documents will be used for final pricing.
